【Booking tearms and Cancellation Fees.】
・Booked must be before 30 days of tour date.
・ If the tour is booked within the 30 days, full payment is required to confirm.
・Full payment is due 30 days prior to the day of the tour.
・Cancellation by the customer within 30 days but before 72 hrs of the start of the tour – 75% refund.
・Cancellation by the customer within 72 hrs before the tour date – 0% refund.

【Cancellation Policy】
・HOKKAIDO SNOW BIKE EXPERIENCE reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time (typically due to bad weather conditionntry). In the event of cancellation, the customer will be offered the opportunity to either reschedule or receive a 100% refund.

【予約・支払い・キャンセル費用】
・予約はツアー希望日の30日前までに行ってください。
・ツアーの30日前までにすべての費用を送金いただくことで予約が完了します。
・ツアーが行われる日の72時間前までにお客様によるキャンセルの連絡が確認された場合は、ツアー費用の75%が返還されます。
・ツアーが行われる日の72時間前を過ぎるとツアー費用は100%発生し、ツアー費用は返還されません。

【主催者によるキャンセル】
・HOKKAIDO SNOW BIKE EXPERIENCEの主催者は、どのタイミングでもツアーを中止する権利を留保しています。主には悪天候のために安全なツアーが実施できないと判断した場合などです。主催者によってツアーが中止された場合は、ツアー費用の100%が返還されます。
